In the period from 05.04.2021 to 16.04.2021:
- A completely closed format of the private contractor's office is being established.
- Carrying out of personal reception of citizens in office of the executor is canceled.
- Enforcement actions that require mass concentration of the population are postponed (in the relevant proceedings, the relevant resolutions on the postponement of enforcement actions in accordance with Article 32 of the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings" and brought to the notice of the parties).
- Methods of delivering correspondence to the office are limited. Documents are accepted exclusively by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta and official e-mail (except for documents that must be provided to the contractor in the original). Delivery of documents by courier or special communication is possible provided that the appropriate courier has personal protective equipment.
- The opportunity to get acquainted with the materials of enforcement proceedings in the office of the executor is limited. Acquaintance with materials is possible through access to ASVP on the corresponding access code via the Internet. In individual and urgent cases, acquaintance in the office is possible provided that the relevant person has personal protective equipment and in agreement with the executor. At the request of the VP party, the case materials may be provided to the party by e-mail with the appropriate EDS signature.
