Three draft statutes were proposed. In particular, the discussion arose on the need for a post of disciplinary commissioner, said delegate Oleksandr Syvokoz. In the proposed editorial office, there is no such position. This is one of the few differences in the statute.

As a result, two projects were submitted to the vote: from the Center for Commercial Law and from a group of private performers of the city of Dnipro. Was adopted as the basis of the second option. Then the delegates voted to amend the document.

In particular, there were corrections to the English writing of the Association, the task of this structure, the numbering of items. It was also proposed to exclude items that duplicate the provisions of the Law (for example, the incompatibility of activities of performers with other activities). It was decided that the charter should regulate the rights of the members of the Association, and not the status of the executor(it is determined by law). Also discussed was the item on the order of notification of the forthcoming congress: by e-mail or by a valuable letter by mail to the office. As a result, it was decided that notifying the performers will only notify by e-mail to the official mail indicated in the register. It was forbidden for the members of the Audit Commission to participate in the congresses of private performers of the regions (the problem is that the law prohibits the members of the Revision Commission to participate in other bodies of the Association). It was decided that the head of the Ethics Committee would be elected members of this committee, and not the congress.

The discussion raised the question of whether the advisory bodies (the Ethics Committee) should be referred to the governing bodies. The delegates voted in favor.

One of the items on the agenda of the congress of private performers of Ukraine was the election of the chairman of the council of private performers. Four candidates were nominated for this post: Sergey Nikolayev, Andrei Authorov, Gennadiy Rodin and Oleksandr Syvokoz.

Following the results of the voting, two candidates - Sergei Nikolayev and Oleksandr Syvokoz - scored 22 votes. In this regard, delegates were forced to re-vote on two candidates out of four.
