The Ministry of Justice amended the Regulations on the Disciplinary Commission of Private Performers approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated November 27, 2017 № 3791/5, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2017 under № 1442/31310.
The changes are aimed at improving the procedure of the Disciplinary Commission, ensuring transparency and openness of its activities. In particular, the official website of the Ministry of Justice will publish information on the decisions made at the meeting of the DKPV. The information will contain the name of the private executor, in respect of which the submission of the Ministry of Justice on disciplinary proceedings, the essence of the violation and the decision of the Disciplinary Commission were considered.
"Together with private executors, the Ministry of Justice will continue to work to ensure transparency and openness of the Disciplinary Commission. The presence of these important components of a fair disciplinary process will contribute to the further development of the profession of private performer, "said Deputy Minister of Justice for Executive Service Andriy Haichenko.
