The document amends the provisions on termination and restoration of access of a private executor to the automated system of enforcement proceedings.
The access of a private performer, his responsible person in case of suspension or termination of the private performer's activity is terminated:
-no later than the next working day from the date of receipt of the relevant order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine,
-provided that the relevant information is entered into the Unified Register of Private Performers of Ukraine.
Access to office work, enforcement proceedings and the funds collected for them in the system to the private executor, whose activity has been suspended, his responsible person and assistant is restored:
-not later than the next working day from the date of receipt from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the order on resumption of activity of the private executor whose activity was stopped,
-provided that the relevant information is entered into the Unified Register (s) of private performers of Ukraine.
In the event of revocation of a court decision that resulted in the restoration of access to the system of a private executor whose activities have been suspended or terminated, such access shall be terminated:
-from the date of receipt of the notification of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on entering the relevant information into the Unified Register of Private Performers of Ukraine,
-providing such access to the private contractor who will provide the replacement or to the temporary private contractor.
