The fee for using an automated enforcement system will be 69 UAH for each open proceeding. It will be necessary to pay both private executors and the bodies of the state executive service. Previously, the cost of such a service was 51 UAH.
Such a fee is set by the order of the Ministry of Justice on May 8, 2018, No. 1468/5, which will come into force on the day of its publication.
Payment for the use of the system by the ICE is carried out at the expense of the down payment of the collector.
If the amount of the fee exceeds the amount of the advance payment of the payer, the payment for the use of the system is made, including, due to the debts drawn from the debtor on this proceeding on the costs of enforcement proceedings.
If the payer is exempted from paying the down payment, the payment for the use of the system is fully charged to the debtor.
Also, the deadline for the applicable fare is not set.
Recall that the preliminary cost of such a service was set before January 1, 2019.
