The Ministry of Justice has decided to publish information about the activities of private performers.
For this purpose, amendments were made to the Regulations on the Disciplinary Commission of Private Performers (approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated November 27, 2017 N 3791/5), the Procedure for admission to the profession of private performers (approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated October 25, 2016 N 3053/5) , Regulations on the Qualification Commission of private performers, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 27, 2017 N 3792/5.
These changes provide that information on the activities of the Disciplinary Commission may be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice and contain information on:
- the total number of motions on bringing a private executor to disciplinary responsibility considered at the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission;
- the number of rejected submissions;
- number of satisfied submissions;
- other decisions made at the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission;
- private executors to whom disciplinary sanctions have been applied, indicating the type of disciplinary sanction, the norms (norms) of the legislation which (which) they have violated, and the summary of the violation (violations).
A private performer will be delegated to the Disciplinary Commission or the Qualification Commission only if he has not been subject to disciplinary action, and will be required to have a document confirming the level of fluency in the state language.
