The Government adopted a resolution amending the Procedure for Disposing of Property Confiscated by a Court Decision and Transferred to the Bodies of the State Executive Service (draft document).
The changes stipulate that the state executor engages an expert to determine the degree of depreciation of inventory items that were in use.
Involvement of an expert will take place in the manner prescribed by the Law of Ukraine "On Enforcement Proceedings".
