The Association of Private Enforcement Agents of Ukraine reported that the Verkhovna Rada registered the bill № 5660 "On Enforcement Proceedings". This is stated in the press service of the APVU.
"A small step towards a big reform. Today (June 14 - ed.) MPs registered the bill № 5660 "On Enforcement Proceedings". It is based on the draft law № 3726, which was developed by representatives of the APVU and experts of the EU Project Pravo-Justice.
The document launches a comprehensive reform of enforcement of decisions and provides for the implementation of all 5 thematic requirements for "macrofin".
Bill № 5660:
Provides for the gradual equalization of powers of private and public performers
Modernizes the procedure of disciplinary control and liability of private performers, as well as introduces new types of disciplinary sanctions
Introduces automated seizure of debtors' funds
Simplifies access to the profession of private performer
Expands the functionality of assistants to private performers
It changes the approaches to the payment of performers' work, "the statement reads.
It is noted that the bill № 5660 is the result of almost a year of professional heated discussions at the meetings of the Working Group on the development of legislation in the field of enforcement of decisions.
