Analyzing the work of the judiciary in 2016, my colleagues and drew attention to the performance of the Executive Service of Ukraine. Unfortunately, the large and, in our view, strategically correct reforms, while naturally not give the desired result. Of course, due to the fact that the process of implementation of the legal framework and other actions are still pending. Even today this great project for Ukraine has not even passed the first stage stanovlyuyuchu. However due course the transparency and efficiency of the justice system, we can almost consider the numbers which is performance we have come in 23 years of independence.
Indicator enforcement of court is essentially an indicator of the efficiency of the judiciary as a whole. This index equity and investment attractiveness of our country. We have proof of this statement, through the analysis report of the executive service of Ukraine.
With more than 5 million cases that were in the executive service in 2015 and 2016 respectively. Actually made 20% in 2015 and 18% in 2016 respectively. The balance has not completed proceedings at year-end remained stable in both years more than 2 million cases. This stopped the proceedings about 6.5% and 4.7% in 2015 and 2016 respectively.

However, we express great hope that the current government of Ukraine proves reforming the legal space of the country to the end. And in 2017 we get the first positive trend in this sad statistics.
