Olena Sulima has sufficient experience of legal practice, a total of 15 years gained while working in the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv and law enforcement agencies, in operational units for combating criminal corruption and bribery of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police of Ukraine, including the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime. , The Department for Combating Economic Crime and the Department for Economic Protection of the National Police of Ukraine.

Since December 2018 he has been an active private executor of the executive district of the city of Kyiv. Therefore, Olena devoted the last years of her professional activity to the execution of decisions of courts and other bodies, which are subject to enforcement in accordance with the current legislation.

The main task of the vocation of the soul and their own beliefs considers and has always adhered to the principle of protecting the private interests of the individual from unlawful encroachments by any party.

In her work, Olena is guided by the principles of professional responsibility, as well as the maximum use of the levers of influence defined by law for the rapid and effective implementation of decisions.

In general, the experience gained in the profession of private executor in the Ukrainian realities of low culture of debtors' performance of their obligations, along with the operational practice of exposing criminal offenses among officials of various government agencies, local governments and commercial structures, expanded Elena's theoretical training. legislation and taught to respond quickly and effectively in complex ambiguous situations.
