SPECIALIZATION
He graduated from the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade.
He studied at the Faculty of International Relations, majoring in international law.
He gained his first professional experience working in the information and analytical department of the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights and co-headed the position of Deputy President for Legal Affairs of the Free Europe Promotion Foundation.
His further career is connected with the transition to the civil service as an assistant-consultant of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine.
Since 2013 to 2018 worked in the bodies of the State Executive Service of Ukraine starting from the position of the state executor and having acquired qualification skills reached the position of the head of the district department of the state executive service in Kyiv.
At the beginning of the introduction of the institute of private performers he took an active part in the development of regulations and realizing that the future of the profession is private performers, he successfully passed the exam and started working.
Their work is guided by the principles of the rule of law, binding decisions, fairness, impartiality and objectivity.
Quickly and effectively takes enforcement measures to satisfy the interests of the parties to enforcement proceedings.
In addition, if there is an objective possibility to quickly reach an understanding between the parties, it applies measures that comply with internationally recognized ethical principles of mediation, as well as the basic principles of ethics of the private performer.
